Brian has spent his entire career working with individuals, non-profits, and businesses to achieve their goals, lower their expenses, and increase performance by setting and achieving the correct short and long-term goals. By coming at each situation with a unique approach, Brian has achieved extraordinary results for clients who have a desire to see real change in their business(es), organization, or life. Every client is different, and his or her individual situation and desired results are what drive the plan and the approach taken. The goal for each client is to see him or her achieve the goals that they want to accomplish.

Brian has held many positions in his career life which include running companies and departments ranging from start-up to $3 billion in annual revenue. Brian has also worked and managed in general sales, technical sales, wholesale business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-consumer (B2C) environments. He is an experienced executive leader having held positions in general and operational management and business development.

Brian lives near Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife, Elizabeth, and children Nathan and Lauren. Brian and his family are active in Community Bible Church which is located in Marietta, Pennsylvania. Brian has served on the board of multiple industry and civic organizations, and he currently serves on the board for multiple private companies, Lancaster Bible College and for the Marriage Hub - House on the Rock Family Ministries.
Elizabeth was born in western Pennsylvania in a suburb of Pittsburgh. Her parents raised her with a strong work ethic and a desire to help others. Growing up in a small family business, Elizabeth came to appreciate the work and effort it took to make a business and family operate and why the balance between family and business is so important.

Trained as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Saint Francis University, Elizabeth graduated at the top of her class and completed her residencies at hospitals in western Pennsylvania and Grand Junction, Colorado. She moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to work in family practice and built her patient following by genuinely caring about her patients. After 15 years in primary care and clinical research, Elizabeth moved to the emergency room to provide care and counsel to patients in crisis at hospitals in Lancaster, Lititz, Harrisburg, and York, Pennsylvania.

Her strong love of continued learning led her to become knowledgeable in business development, small business practices, and financial stewardship. Along with being active as a medical volunteer within her church, she, along with her husband, has led Financial Peace University classes and has completed her Master Coach Financial Training through the Ramsey Organization.

Elizabeth lives near Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her husband Brian and children Nathan and Lauren. Elizabeth and her family are active in Community Bible Church, Marietta, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth has served on the board of multiple industry and civic organizations and currently serves on the board of House on the Rock Family Ministries and the Mennonite Home Communities board of directors.
"Elizabeth and I started Sofus in 2014 with a desire to use our God-given gifts and abilities to help other people. It didn't start out as a business. I started out helping friends who owned businesses by taking them to the next level. Beth has always been a mentor and guide to others. She loves people and wants them to achieve the goals they set for themselves. We believe God has called us to help others and invest in them. We believe that we can walk alongside individuals and families to provide guidance, wisdom, and life experiences and then help them apply that information to their situations and lives."
