Beth provided primary medical care, coaching her patients not only on their physical health but in dealing with life and how the circumstances, changes, and transitions that patients found themselves in affected their mental and physical well-being. After 17 years Beth moved from family practice medicine to the emergency room providing care and counsel to patients in crisis in an urgent-care setting at hospitals in Lancaster, Harrisburg and York Pennsylvania.
Beth felt God calling her to make another transition. In 2010 after 6 years in the emergency room she transitioned to full-time mom when Beth and her husband Brian adopted twins from Guatemala. The desire to continue to help people and coach them through difficult times led her, through God’s prompting, to work with teens and with her church youth-group, specifically coaching and mentoring teens as they enter adulthood. These experiences along with her years in medicine have allowed Beth to give insight, mentor and coach clients through a wide variety of social, emotional, spiritual and financial issues in their lives and to achieve not only success but a healthy understanding of self-worth, physical, emotional, spiritual and financial balance.
Beth draws on her formal training in medicine, her years of experience in family practice and emergency-room care, and the countless teens and adults that Beth has coached, mentored and guided in all of the transitions that life will bring. The ability to listen, diagnose, and develop a plan is only part of what makes Beth a tremendous life and financial coach. She cares for people and wants them to achieve what God has called them to do. She understands that situations affect people differently and in different areas of life. To not just survive but to achieve balance and thrive in life comes down to each person's ability to navigate the road of life. Beth has dedicated herself to helping others navigate that road, avoiding the pot-holes, and enjoying the journey that is “Life”.
Beth lives near Lancaster Penna. with her husband Brian and children Nathan and Lauren. Beth and her family are active in Community Bible Church, Marietta Penna. Beth has served on the board of multiple industry and civic organization and currently serves on the board of House on the Rock Family Ministries.
Elizabeth was born in western Pennsylvanian in a suburb of Pittsburgh. Her parents raised her with a strong work ethic and a desire to help others. Growing up in a small family business, Beth came to appreciate the work and effort it takes to make a business and family operate and why the balance between family and business is so important.
Beth trained as Physician’s Assistant (PAC) at the Saint Francis University. Graduating at the top of her class and completing her residencies at hospitals in Altoona Pa. and Grand Junction Utah. She moved to Lancaster Pennsylvania to work in family practice medicine and built her patient following by genuinely caring.
