Business & Leaderhip
Cooperative

Leading a company can be lonely. You are the “point of the spear” and your team and your company are relying on you to have a handle on every aspect of the business.  It requires you to be out in front providing vision, direction, and accountability for your team. However, being out-in-front leaders can feel separated and isolated. Leaders are connected but alone at the same time and can end up making decisions in a vacuum.

By teaming with other leaders, you are not alone, you are connected, and you can learn from the successes and failures of other leaders to speed up your learning curve to better serve your customers, lead your team, and increase profitability. The connection to other leaders takes away the isolation and provides a platform with people who face the same issues, challenges and who are also focused on improving themselves and their businesses.

The business and Leadership Cooperative is an Invitation-only, peer advisory group made up of entrepreneurs and business leaders from different industries and companies.  These men and women, led by an experienced business coach, gather quarterly to learn from each other, challenge each other, and encourage each other in business and life.  Each member meets 1-on-1 with the Business Coach that directs and facilitates the team to talk about and work on their individual company and them as an individual leader.
